RR Donnelley is an amazing place to work. The organization allows you a lot of freedom, flexibility, and opportunity. My favorite part was the commission structure, as most of your income relied on your ability to sell, which selling is your job in sales. The leadership team was also amazing and did a fantastic job creating today's environment for younger company joiners.
