Cons

Working person always to work extra time. Senior person and Manager and above management person sitting 20 year same position. There are not working. Only watching and catching people for silly mistake. Create SOP for all days because they getting daily client negative feedback. Here I see most of manager's not know the process in floor. It's dangerous for RRD.
