R.R. Donnelley reviews

As a manager I have little control over my employees. Reviews mean nothing and I have no way to give them incentives. They've never given any more than 1% raises. There is no 401K match and the insurance has increased almost 30% every year. The company has no direction and support since its had multiple purchases, sells and rebranding.

There's no raises with yearly reviews and bonuses are a talked about rumor that I was never able to confirm. Really crushes morale and drive in the office.
