      Pros

      Stable Employer. Compensation good. Potential to earn amazing commission is given and achievable with hard work. As the leading communications service provider you have now worries of loading your job to the company closing its doors.

      Cons

      Lack of training for entry level sales representatives. A grace understanding of print and communications is key to success. Extra hours needed to succeed.

      The worst place I have ever worked.

      Pros

      I can't think of a single thing. I can't even say I learned a transferable skill to apply in my next role. So sad.

      Cons

      Lack of diversity. Very inappropriate talk which made me uncomfortable on a daily basis. No mentors to speak of for training or guidance. Low morale. Toxic work environment. Company does not invest in their people. Not a place to build a career. Very disappointing.

      Pros

      Being under the RR Donnelley umbrella allows CP Solutions to keep it's small company feel, while having access to a massive, global support system with countless resources.

      Cons

      More communication between departments would cut down on misunderstandings.
