Pros

Overtime always available. Good starting wages. Two weeks paid vacation and 3 personal days available after direct hire through company. Nice shift premium for weekends and night shift.

Cons

12 hour shifts. Ridiculous mandatory overtime every quarter and at the start of the year. No cost of living raises. Bad health insurance with crazy deductibles. No 401k or retirement plan whatsoever. Management and direct supervisor cannot run equipment you're assigned to. No training procedures in place to help new hires.

Pros

Nice, hardworking people even thought they are overworked and underpaid.

Cons

Poor leadership, old technology, zero training, poor comminution, no internal support. Nothing is documented. 1% raises and no bonus, but you work 60+ hours a week and you're salaried.

Pros

great co-workers. It is a job.

Cons

Little consideration for employee input, the people performing the work. 1% raises each of 11 years did not keep up with cost of living. Company was making money.
