Pros

The company treated their employees like part of the company. Everyone was a necessary part of the machine. I was proud to work there and was proud that I only missed 8 days in 26 years. I rose up the ranks as jobs came open and also trained new employees.

Cons

Sometime the work was changed after the job was 1/2 done. Rules changed often and not always for the better of the program.

Look out for unfair practices and treatment, especially from HR

Pros

Great team environment within your own teams.

Cons

Management training is highly needed. RRD says people are their business but they do not focus on their own people. HR is not for the employees at all.HR is asked to make things work in favor or the company and somehow make things happen such finding a "clean way" to terminate an employee and always please the client. They treat each issue differently. For example I know of a situation where they didn't terminate an employee that charged 20K personal charges on their business credit card and didn't pay it (Caucasian) but terminated a Hispanic person that by mistakenly charged personal charges but paid it off. No values or morals. They also work you to blood sweat and tears and show zero appreciation.
