A "salary." Talented people who can find better jobs elsewhere.

Cons

Salaries below industry standards, no bonus, no annual raise, benefits almost non-existent and laughable. Poor leadership, no company culture. People here work extremely hard for this company but get very little in return. They have large, profitable accounts including Home Depot and Morgan Stanley but somehow cannot compensate their employees fairly? I don't buy it.

Worldwide organization that has more strengths than it realizes.

Cons

SCS Division is a joke, at least IT wise. Also, max payrise is equated to 1.2X annual salary, no matter the position. Site where I worked had a history of putting all of their supervisors on final notices as a way to improve their performance, too much stick, too little carrot.
