      Don't Get Sick

      ok, as long as you don't get sick.

      I got pneumonia and bird flu. was in the hospital for a week. on an oxygen machine for 6 weeks. stayed at my mom's for 2 months. took 6 months of pulminary PT to get back in shape to return. they fired me 3 months into the short term disability claiming they decided i was ready to come back. fought it, got doctor's proof that i wasn't cleared to, was reinstated. when i was finally medically cleared, i was told to come back on a tuesday to sign paperwork, and i'd be on my shift on wednesday. instead they fired me on the spot when i walked in on tuesday. don't get sick. they'll fire you.

      There are lots of politics happening inside the team and the management is doesn't taken any serious actions towards women harrassment. And there is no recognition for the work that you've done
