      Pros

      There are benefits but you have to pay the benefits yoursel. There is not much more than that as a pro. Be careful as the company does not pay for social events so it comes out of your paycheck too.

      Cons

      No loyalty to employees because the head office is in Chicago and you really feel like a number. It is really hard to work there as there are constant layoffs and stress as people are not replaced usually so you are doing more with less monies.

      Lets just say that if you like working in an environment where lies are the normal method of communication and the bonuses are more important to the managers and directors then team building, there are no cons. A rudderless 3PL ship of fools heading straight into oblivion.
