decent starting pay, a lot of products. Great people for the most part.

Cons

Upper management/legal thinks customers should conform to RRD's needs. Revenue has been steadily falling for years. Sales training isn't good but it exists. I never worked from home for 1 day in 2020. They said they would recognize Juneteenth as a holiday and we didn't get Friday off. Benefits are trash, no 401k match and 10 days PTO on my 2nd year.
