Good Team, Good managers, Nothing else!!

No proper resource, The AOM doesnt know how to lead a team. There were 4 CSA's when I joined, now its only Me. All of them have resigned and this idot Aom has not bothered to hire new people. The total workload is on me and I have to fight to get my leaves as there is no one to manage! It is like a 24*7 shift with 1 employee!
