Pros

-sponsoring Visa and Green Card for non-immigrant -Small size company -Most of their clients are local or in Chicago area

Cons

- I have worked enough of 10+ years (Non-JDE practice) to say that it was a bad choice of company - Mental torcher for a consultant while on bench - Hardly review salaries for 4-5 years despite of you are billable most of the year. - Its difficult to stay focus when one day CEO tells you to learn something and next day ask you to something else. Its total discouraging that CEO do all self-center talks and say that people don't want to learn or listen to his BS. - Being relative isn't much of the advantage. - Don't force employee to sign affidavit letter after they leave company in the name of non-compete agreement. This is not ethically right. - CEO needs to learn to respect all consultant and not just in manager post. Though he don't have so many years left in professional life.
