      Multiple projects to choose from, perfect for freshers

      Pros

      Managers are really easy to talk to and guide you through the various states of a particular project. Also had an opportunity to choose projects based on my preferences. The employees who are not in a projects work as shadow resources under directly billable clients

      Cons

      Sometimes feel that work culture is lacking, may be because of work from home , but having a good laugh and connecting with friends around an become challenging

      Good company for the beginners...

      Pros

      ** Good exposure to freshers. ** Good management team (At least when I used to work). ** Good facilities. ** Reasonable Salary.

      Cons

      ** Growth is slow. ** Job pressure is immense ** HR department was not all that great (At least when I used to work). They failed miserably in controlling attrition. ** Some of the finest talent in the industry who have worked here have been given REALLY lousy projects due to which they had no other option but to quit.
