      1. Good for freshers will be given responsibility which is good for them. 2. Good for 1 to 3 years exp. guys. 3. B1 VISA Process, if you are to your manager.

      1. Bad attitude of management, may use abusive words in floor. 2. If you have no self respect then join this. 3. Policies are completely against employee. 4.
