      I’ve been with R Systems for three years, and the growth opportunities have been plentiful. There are many ways to improve my skills and advance in my career. It’s inspiring to collaborate with talented individuals. Plus, there are plenty of chances to explore new technologies and further develop your career.

      Cons

      There are no drawbacks per se; the fast-paced work environment at R Systems is thrilling, but it might not suit everyone. Some individuals may prefer a slower pace to feel more at ease with their tasks.

      Toxic work environment, Threat to get. Fear syndrome for losing a job all the time. Double dip in projects. Poor CEO behavior.
