      for me in r system everything was perfect. My team lead was very supportive and the team was also helpful. There is a lot of learning. For long term you can stay in system.

      Feedback about Hiring Process of R System

      No Pros that i have seen

      Cons

      As i have applied and cracked the Interview rounds and after that Almost 1 month spent for further process from HR end and i did multiple follow ups in between. But at last HR is saying we are not processing with your Profile without giving valid reason. Worst HR and Management team of R System. They are not taking care of emotions and always think to play with Candidates. If R System believe on this way of working please stop it and you have no right to play.
