you will get salary on time Appraisal is also fair Life is balance if and only if you get a good manager otherwise ready to kick off any time

Cons

Most of projects are legacy Employee management is poor Hire and fire policy No yearly bonus like -diwali

1) you will get salary on time

Cons

1) they hire employees even if they don't know the client Is sticking to them 2) you will be thrown out of the company if the project went on hold. 3) ruining careers of employees 4) hire n fire policy 5) management doesn't respond if you are on the bench 6) while joining Hrs give false promises 7) 1 month bench policy, don't get fooled if HR says 6 months

Less projects, bench is risky for job

Pros

It depends on your project and team. In my case it was ok ok.

Cons

Less projects so if you are on bench for more than 2-3 months. It is risky for job, generally they do layoff in such cases. I have seen many cases in my employment duration.
