      management behavior is very bad. i have not point to compare with other organizations.

      management behavior is very bad. if you want to play with your further then you can take chances. they always saying we are the CMMI level 5 company but when you join that organization then you feel its not following any rule .

      Nothing Nothing Nothing Nothing It takes atleast 5 words hence 4 times nothing:)

      Cons

      They will offer you and will terminate you without any notification . They won't even let you complete your notice period
