      Management is very poor, especially the HR team. Worst appraisal system. Don't join this origination for long term

      1. Direct managers are good 2. Hiring HR team is good.

      Cons

      1. Poor management of HR team. 2. Worst appraisal system and no one takes responsibility. 3. Terminates the employ who are on bench and takes holidays 4. No proper leave system.
