Pros
Good company if you want to learn office politics. They can give a good hike because no one likes to join them and they can fire at any time. Good company if you want take a steep hike and join another company using its offer.
Cons
Managers dont know about technology or management. They use divide and rule policy to safeguard their position in the conpany. Old employees who have settled their somehow not allowing newer employees to settle at any cost. Reason why Rsystems is not getting good resources. If you have worked at Rsystems , other companies may not select you as they start considering you a fish from dirty water.
