Good work life balance with manageable workload.

Cons

No real growth opportunities. Appraisals are not performance based, even when going above and beyond. Employees are indirectly encouraged to leave instead of being developed. Several people in higher positions lack competence and remain there only due to tenure. Peers often hide their lack of contribution behind management blind spots.
