Pros
flexi timing, HR is good can learn to handle extreme work pressure, but it truly depend on project.
Cons
Not good appraisal, in some project always have to work for late hours, your manager even can't help you or even talk to client regarding this, the project i am working have always high priority release and as client is of US they expect you to work for 12 hours. or even in weekends. Exploitation of man power
