Eventually though family politics had created some issues. And family hierarchical leader selection has created extreme dissatisfaction within employees. Poor interpersonal skill, lack of people handling experience in new upcoming family based management, is killing the company. "prince 1", didn't understand a few things, but still earned trust of others by his open and respectful approach, and delegation. "Prince 2" on other hand created so much distrust, so much bitterness, so much antipathy, that performers got pissed...they either left, or gravitated to the other important family in the company. Creating a polarization .... the family that owns majority stakes, is no more the family that commands actual respect in the company.
