none, may be it might be at a convenient driving distance from your if you live in noida

Cons

No respect for employees. Very regressive management. Inhumane Hire and fire policy. Step motherly treatment with resources while they are on bench or are on notice period. If you are on bench they will fire you in a month and they give only the basic salary during this period.

Work culture is worst, Hire and fire style, Very low employee respect. All managers are the worst man on this earth. if you want your life in hell join it.

Good package, if you perform well, you can grow.

Cons

No sick leave in a specific project. Salary gets deducted for sick leave or any unplanned leave. Inhumane policy. I have seen people go on bereavement leave and getting their incentives taken away for this reason.
