      If any one is looking for a brand to aad in his cv like PCMM L5 can join to get another good oppertunity in the market from RSI. It is good company to learn but not for long term max 2+ years work learn and go otherwise they will ask you to go. No 1 is secure in this company only 3 people are secure MD, CTO & HR Head. rest are working on every day fear of firing. They can fire any one any day if you are working for 10 to 15 years they even not think for a single min to fire you.

      Nothing Much... If you are freshers then you can go for it. Otherwise ignore this company.

      Cons

      No New projects. Too much job insecurity. Too much politics. Hr has no role to play in the company. Only for hire and fire. Arrogant and egoistic managers.
