      Getting New Opportunity easier than any other similar company, senior mgmt. is easily approachable and understanding, if you have a interest and zeal to learn this is surely one of the best. work culture depends on project but overall very satisfactory and give enough room for self.

      Cons

      I think in some technologies projects are less and opportunities are limited. Compensation depends on your ability and market standard, promotions are not standard in some cases. trainings are below mark for experiences resources.

      its ok kind of company....job security is not there as they dont manage bench more than one month

      they give around 10 percent hike on average. work-life balance is also ok... also give 2.75 days leave per month good for starters or freshers

      Cons

      no job security for them who are on bench i didnt find good technical sounded senior developers/architects/tester....may be there would be in another projects.
