Pros
** Good exposure to freshers. ** Good management team (At least when I used to work). ** Good facilities. ** Reasonable Salary.
Cons
** Growth is slow. ** Job pressure is immense ** HR department was not all that great (At least when I used to work). They failed miserably in controlling attrition. ** Some of the finest talent in the industry who have worked here have been given REALLY lousy projects due to which they had no other option but to quit.
