      Pretty OK if all you need is brand name tag, but keep your expectations low.

      - A brand Name - Good for freshers with no opportunities elsewhere.

      Cons

      - Growth prospects are quite low. - For attending a training session Open to all RSI employees you require your Manager's approval. - Low salaries. (Except rare cases wherein you are a urgently required. - No Criteria for Appraisals. - Depending upon your Projects requirements you might need to work for long hours and on Saturdays.

      - Some software engineers are very negative. Seems they bring their frustrations from home. Company should do something about them. They are irritating
