I tried too hard to find at least one good point but did not find any. Oh Wait I got one. It has got ATM machine inside :)

Cons

Glassdoor should have provide little more space for such a company. 1. The first thing to notice drama in the name of security. 2. Worthless management both HR and technical. 3. Every thirds person is a VP 4. Suffocating work environment like their washrooms.

If any one is looking for a brand to aad in his cv like PCMM L5 can join to get another good oppertunity in the market from RSI. It is good company to learn but not for long term max 2+ years work learn and go otherwise they will ask you to go. No 1 is secure in this company only 3 people are secure MD, CTO & HR Head. rest are working on every day fear of firing. They can fire any one any day if you are working for 10 to 15 years they even not think for a single min to fire you.

Nothing good to say about this company. Typical Lala Company who Hires & Fires.

- Very unprofessional environment and culture - No work-life balance resulting to stress - Not a place for experienced folks - All Veterans working who are completely unaware about the professional environment and fail to understand employees big time.
