      Old school management Legacy approach in many areas The higher order has "grandpa" attitude towards scaling the company. They should move forward with what is required as per year 2019 (oppesed to 2002 mindset that they have) It's a company made up of little companies called 'teams'. If you get into a good team with great manager, your work and life is a breeze otherwise it's a walking nightmare
