      Pros

      Ask any amount/package and they will be ready to pay, good learning, inhouse trainer of latest technology so that employees can be up scaled time to time, good appraisal of minimum 10% , good management and amazing HR and recruitment team.

      Cons

      Biggest drawback in working at Rsystems is JOB SECURITY. If rsystems does not have project, it will put you on bench. Rsystems does not believe in maintaining bench strength . if you r on bench then you only have 30 days before they kick you out. So, no matters how skilled you are, your job is not safe.
