Pros

Nothing Much... If you are freshers then you can go for it. Otherwise ignore this company.

Cons

No New projects. Too much job insecurity. Too much politics. Hr has no role to play in the company. Only for hire and fire. Arrogant and egoistic managers.

Pros

hmm let me think....... - They will give you whatever package you will ask for and fire you immediately in case they don't need you or lost the project. So no Job Security. - Nice coffee wending machines in the company. - Tight security. It looks like you are entering in a Army Area where everywhere are cameras and you cannot go out without your manager watching you.

Cons

1. No work culture. Managers here might have joined the company within 10 days of its opening and employer had to promote them due to 50 years of serving duration. They are the ones who doesn't know how to behave with an engineer. All they know is to keep pressurizing their subordinates to complete a three months task in 1 week. Otherwise they will threat you with their job. 2. Sir/Madam culture. You cannot call you immediate superior by their name. They feel offended. You have to call them Sir.!!!!. 3. If you know how to butter your seniors then this place is heaven for you. For butternuts, this is the best place. 4. Laptop is a luxury in the company. Even project managers have PCs. In case you have to attend a call at 11 PM night, you have to stay in the company. Laptops are only to be given to VP or above. 5. Office campus is like a fortress. They have metro shutters installed at the entry door. You cannot pass unless you punch your card. It means the moment you come out of the campus for tea break they stop the clock and your break time is deducted from your office time. 6. Its a 9 hours jail. They track your every move in the company. Like when you have entered on your floor, when you have opened your PC, when you locked it, what is your floor time, what is your campus time, what is your loo time... almost everything. Its like you are in Jail or something. 7. Hire and fire policy. They do not respect employees. The moment they feel your are free or on bench, they will fire you. Its a normal scene in the company. The worst part at the time of firing they will give you an offer : "If you want salary of three months, then they will give you Termination letter, else if you want relieving then take the letter and walk away and they will not give you salary". This is true. 8. HR pressurizes all the bench employees to give good ratings to the company otherwise they will fire you. Now you can easily imagine how this company got this rating???? My suggestion to all new joiners is "Think again. Its better to remain at home and search for another company then joining this one". 90% of the employees are frustrated.
