Flexible working, work from home, company provides laptop for wfh.

Cons

Extremely poor technical work culture - no room for discussion, logic, reasoning etc, favouritism, impractical and unprofessional impositions by management, no skill upgradation or attempt to make employee fir for other skill project eg if you are out of project of your skill then you may directly land out of the company despite being a satisfactory performer.
