I don't see any perk to working here. The only good thing about them their HR(Malvika Rana) she is Really helpful and real Gem of this company

Cons

they don't have any project to work on they just have POC and hiring in a bunch just to show the market that R SYSTEM has lots of work to do. they will assign you a newly constructed table(On Bench in industry language)and you will have a separate and scariest level of mental Pressure. any time they can come to you and say this is your last day in this company.
