Pros

Here the employees actually do mean the words, ‘Great Midwestern Values,’ which means being there for family”. Provides a healthy environment to work with.

Cons

Concentrates too much on employee welfare neglecting company's needs.

Pros

No pros founded here.Fake reviews and it is PCMM level5 company only for name.

Cons

Hire and Fire. Leaking roofs and toilet. Poor and torturing management. Girls have to think twice before joining. They will monitor your system all the time. Your time is track and floor time also and if it is less you will be insulted in front of whole team. Long stretching work hours and even call you on weekends. No HR fair policy towards employee. You cannot leave rsystems if you want before 3 months and they have right to fire you without giving any salary.

Pros

If you are a fresher then you can start in this company (but remember to move on within 1 yrs or your career is damaged).

Cons

The engineering team is unpredictable. you will not understasnd what will happen with you next moment. Chief Technology Officer is advising resources to be dumped when projects gets over. They earn so much from engineers but dump them badly when projects are over. Most projects are small size and managed by ppl close to the cto and his gangs. if you want to survive you will have to understand that the vice presidents want you to lick their boots...act like slaves.customer should know this reality and so not many projects coming thesedays there is access control...every minute you are tracked. you feel like working in some prison. this is reason that employees don't trust anyone. the work is also shabby becos of so much tension. they now putting big branding efforts for attract resources but don't be misled. it is a trap to spoils your life and careers.
