      Overall good but lacks extra perks and facilities as compared to other companies.

      Work Life balance is good here. On time salary. No Micro Management

      Cons

      No extra facilities being provided to the employees, like Chair, Table if working from home. Annual bonus is included in CTC. Health insurance included in CTC No incentives Need VC approval for tiny matters No Double pay if you are working on Public holidays and festivals.
