      Paid for schooling Training programs for quick growth Multiple phases and departments to work in to find your fit Due to piece rate system you can bring home a healthy pay check

      Cons

      Lower than average hourly wages In order for piece rate to work things must line up well and you must have developed your skills well enough to bring it make it work for you as a result you may be unhappy with some paychecks.
