Business Outlook
Pros
Agile company, flexible in many ways, some really great people and offerings. A hidden gem in the valley. Lots of great inter and intra team involvement.
Cons
Some of the downs over the years have been seemingly off the cuff and impactful decision making in a major way without much pre-cursor or strategic planning, at least from the outside. In some cases upper-middle management has room to grow in management skills. And also training within skillset swimlanes is always appreciated.
