R&P has proven to be a moral & ethical company that truly cares about their clients, and customer service. It is often said - and in this order - employee, client and profit. They are creative, intelligent and experienced. Upper management continues to search for new & improved ideas and ways. The staff that they employee are some of the most talented engineers that I have ever had the opportunity to work beside. You feel honored to work with R&P.
