Pros

Started out loving this company and it’s values, lots of commitment to the community. Seemed understanding

Cons

Works you like a dog being whipped over and over again until you can’t give anymore. Extreme micromanaging. I still love the values this company has but sadly direct supervisors are ruthless. No one cares. If you want to leave that’s fine they will just have someone from India do it

Pros

Flexible schedule, Remote coding options, Good PTO program, Good 401K package

Cons

Very high, unreasonable production goals, difficult to use your PTO because only 2 Coders are allowed off (per location) they are unable to keep supervisors/managers so overall department morale was very stressful and low. Moved all of the coding position to India so they displaced many people lives.

Too many meetings Upper management doesn't communicate well with the managers or staff. Underpaid and overworked Very stressful working for them They outsource their work to other countries to control their bottom line
