nothing. always waiting for the next bomb, no one knows what the next is doing, work is out source to India, here i went to school, got a degree. There they train how do to the job, which is not a good job. Many mistakes. Only time before the hospital the are working with realizes the money they are losing. Hospital who work with RI are all under the umbrella of R1, .. No one in the company has a good thing to say about the company.

Cons

everything. they would rather pay low wage in India and pay not health insurance .. and the quality of the work sucks. worst company .. will never be on the top 100 company's to work for.
