Company is working very hard to take the business to the next step. The new CEO seems to have a lot of prior business operations experience. There seems to be more of a focus on quality and standardizing processes to improve the business. The HR team has been doing some good things to get the employees more engaged.

Cons

The company has been through some volatile times as an organization and many people are frustrated with change.
