      Pros

      Most of my co-workers at great to work with. The work is interesting and challenging.

      Cons

      "Rules". Attendance, dress code, productivity, ... are enforced inconsistently, not just by office/ location but even within groups. As someone said earlier, if "they" like you, they look the other way if someone not in the "clique" complains they are told to mind their own business. They bring in new-hires for more $$ than the loyal employees that have been there for YEARS and have to train the new hires how to do the job.

      The other employees are great.

      To many shifts in lower and upper management. Only room for growth if part of a click. No appreciation from higher ups

      Pros

      There are many opportunities for movement if you can get on managements good side. Some employees are experts in their fields.

      Cons

      There is poor work life balance, you are expected to be available at all hours and weekends. Very immature on-site leadership, unprofessional practices.
