      Decent pay and benefits; floundering leadership

      Pros

      Good software tools, which are being expanded and improved. Decent pay and a good benefits package. Some flexibility in hours. Some really good colleagues who know their stuff, work hard, and still have fun.

      Cons

      Lack of direction and focus from leadership. Currently a company in transition. Company staff in India seem to receive more training, attention, and appreciation than U.S. staff. Poor communication.

      It was great experience while it lasted. It's a shame the hard times the company has encountered.

      Pros

      It is a good working environment and great people. The management is not in touch with the challenges that the rank and file faces on day to day basis.

      Cons

      Management is out of touch and our desperate to save the company. They drive the workers really hard and take credit for their underlings work.
