Good if you are willing to put in the work
Pros
-Being a small company means I'm not treated like a number/peon like I have been at larger companies. -Management has been understanding and worked with me on my schedule when I've had family health concerns come up. -The team I'm on feels close-knit but they've always been welcoming to new coworkers; achievements are celebrated (quickly) so it feels good to win. -Insurance plans are above average, with both high and low deductible plans; I appreciate being given both options vs someone I don't know trying to make one crappy plan fit everyone. -Food/snacks/coffee are regularly brought in; this may seem small compared to spending a few quarters in a drink machine but it's a nice perk and something to look forward to. -Paired with the con listed below, EVERYONE is a hard worker. Dead weight doesn't last long. I consider this a pro because I don't like busting my butt and then someone next to me not doing their job.
Cons
Guaranteed when you come in on Mondays, there will be a lot to do. The week starts with a bang, cleaning up anything from the weekend and prepping for the rest of the week. If you're a "slow starter" in the mornings, this is not for you. You HAVE to come ready to work first thing and even early or you won't make it. Weekend work is required on a rotating basis. It is FAST-PACED. Emails have to be answered immediately or you may miss opportunities for bookings; the volume of emails can be overwhelming. But, you have to be on top of phone calls also, so it can be stressful.
