Pros

Easy, fairly mindless work. Not too straining. Fairly relaxed work environment, however there are occasional moments of stressful work.

Cons

Hours. Working from 6-4 with a 45 minute lunch, somedays staying until 5 to get work done. At a poiont you will also have to take the phones home with you at least one night a week and be asked to work weekends. Isn't worth it for the pay.

All employees at R2 Logistics are given an hour lunch break. All employees are also given a base salary with multiple incentives and bonus pay based on new customer sales. As a direct result of our annual customer survey, we are also currently in the process of formulating an after-hours shift to mitigate long hours.

long hours, on call most of the time, when you file a compliant regarding inappropriate behavior of staff they don't take you seriously I didn't feel safe/comfortable part of the time cohered into forking out part of your commission pay

Not feeling safe in the workplace is a valid concern that we take very seriously. Any inappropriate behavior should be reported to our HR staff and the matter will be dealt with expeditiously.

This company will reward for hard work and dedication!!! They've been very good to me, and I know from personal experience that they'll be good to those who are willing to put in hard work and dedication. You won't get handouts, so if your aren't willing to work for your money this isn't a good fit for you... But if you are, the sky is the limit.

Cons

Don't work here if you aren't willing to put in time and effort, it won't be a good fit for you, and you won't last long.
