Feels like a family working here. There has never been a moment where I could not go to one of my senior leads or VP's and have a heart to heart or request help in any situation without being treated fairly. This company makes you feel like you belong from day one and has continued that tradition since my start here a little over 2 years ago. This company has been excelling and exceeding expectations and we are only getting started. Amazing staff and atmosphere, not to mention the opportunities for growth.

Cons

Just an opinion, but this does not effect my views on the company. Could maybe use at least one more R2 event per year for team building. With constant growth in the company, it's paramount that we continue to strengthen our numbers but also our connection with one another.
