They provide food and snacks and tons of drinks even booze!

Cons

Moving up in the company is not as easy, especially for females.

Promotions are based solely on employee performance and we do not discriminate based on gender, race, or any other factor. Several women hold key leadership roles at R2 and we are proud of their accomplishments. If any employee desires to move into a management position, they should discuss growth plans with their manager so we can help them reach their goals.

Pros

Good insurance benefits. Friday happy hour. Pretty much all the gimmick stuff in the other reviews.

Cons

Poor training, very poor managers, and call center like work environment in the back office.

R2 Logistics Response

Initial training is done at the branch level by the branch manager and a member of staff. Our corporate trainer is also available for any additional training. Expectations are communicated during quarterly reviews by branch managers. Executive staff also discuss expectations in our monthly newsletter and the CEO shares his input on a quarterly basis in his letter to all R2 employees.
