made a 5k per year raise after working there less than 6 months very relaxed work environment

Cons

does not encourage work from home (during the ice storms people were forced to drive through the ice and come in or give up PTO for staying home even though we have the capability of working from home) have to work at least one weekend a month high stress constant work
