relaxed workplace, some fast paced hours. anyone can make commission. overall easy job for anyone out of college or without a degree to make a livable wage. performance raise given.

Cons

some favoritism, not the most diverse. team culture is very in your face. as an ASR there wasnt a whole lot of room for growth

I was super excited to be offered this position so I came here to see what it's all about

Cons

I could look past the reviews left by former employees, but the "management" blamey and frankly unprofessional responses along with their obvious inability to accept constructive criticism makes me wonder if I should even show up on my start date

Pros

Starting right out of college, I did not know what to expect or what Carrier Sales was. The training was great, and my manager continues working with me on building my carrier network. I love the fast-paced competitiveness of the industry and the team. Also, we really have a family feel which has just grown through COVID. Great benefits that cost almost nothing compared to any other company I have worked at.

Cons

It can be very demanding especially during peak season. I have learned in the last 3 years what months to not plan vacations in.
